Pamela Seitz, CPA
Pamela Seitz earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri. She has been a CPA for over thirty years and is currently licensed in Missouri and Florida. She worked for the national CPA and advisory firm, BKD, LLP in Kansas City, Missouri before moving to San Diego, California to join Intuit, Inc, a developer of financial software products.
At BKD, LLP she worked for one year in the auditing division and spent the remaining years there in the tax division. She prepared and reviewed tax returns for corporations, partnerships and high-wealth individuals. She gained an expertise in multi-state taxation during that time as well.
At Intuit Inc, Pam designed their first Trust and Estate (Form 1041) product and joined the management team as a Director of Product Development. She was one of the first expatriates at Intuit and moved to Munich, Germany in 1995 to establish a tax development team. After spending three years in Germany, she returned to the Mountain View, California office of Intuit to work in the QuickBooks division.
Pam founded Seitz CPA, LLC in 2009 and brings her knowledge of tax planning and compliance work to the firm as well as her strong accounting background. She understands the challenges in starting, owning, and operating a business.
Pam has been an instructor for the Volunteer Income Tax Program (VITA) and has been on the boards of Delray Chamber Education Fund, Inc and Alaadeen Enterprises, Inc. She is in the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
